1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your engagement with Hades Security Consultancy Ltd. By accessing our services, briefings, or reports, you agree to be bound by these legal frameworks and operational rules of engagement.
2. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
All information exchanged during a security assessment is deemed strictly confidential. Both parties agree that no sensitive operational details, vulnerability reports, or penetration methodologies shall be disclosed to unauthorized third parties.
3. Authorisation for Testing
Clients must provide explicit, written authorisation before any physical penetration testing or surveillance countermeasures are deployed. Hades Security operates strictly within the 'Rules of Engagement' defined for each project.
4. Limitations of Liability
While we offer elite-level security consultancy, Hades Security shall not be liable for any security breaches occurring outside the scope of our testing or for damages resulting from vulnerabilities discovered during an authorized simulation.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All methodologies, briefing materials, and proprietary testing technologies remain the intellectual property of Hades Security Consultancy Ltd. The vulnerability report generated for the client is licensed for their internal use only.
6. Professional Standards & Ethics
Our agents operate under the highest ethical standards. We do not engage in activities that would lead to permanent damage of property or the breach of laws outside the agreed technical scope of the engagement.
7. Payment & Service Fulfillment
Fees for consultancy and testing services are outlined in the project-specific Statement of Work. Hades Security reserves the right to suspend operational activities due to non-payment or breach of trust by the client.
8. Data Privacy (GDPR Compliance)
All client data processed during an engagement is handled in strict compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). For details on our data retention policies, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
9. Termination of Engagement
Hades Security reserves the right to terminate an engagement if the safety of our personnel is compromised or if it is discovered that the client provided false information regarding access rights or ownership of the target site.
10. Governing Law
These terms and all operational security agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
